Join us for a behind-the-scenes look at one of the most significant and transformative K–12 renovation projects currently underway in Colorado Springs. This tour will provide rare access to active construction areas and insight into the modernization of the city’s oldest high school.

About the Project

William J. Palmer High School, located in downtown Colorado Springs and part of District 11, is undergoing an $85+ million renovation. The project includes:

  • Restoration of the historic 1939 main building
  • Construction of a new three story academic wing
  • Replacement of the existing, outdated technology wing
  • Improvements focused on preserving historic character while creating state of the art learning environments

Project completion is expected in early 2028.
