Window & Door Performance Requirements for Buildings - Specifying Performance Class and Grade

Program Description: During this seminar we will examine a building case study and determine what the building requires for wind and water performance then discuss how to specify strictly for performance (no specific manufacturers) to meet all the requirements.

Presenter: George Ramsay, Business Development and Architectural Consultant

George has been a member of CSI since 2004 and served on the Minneapolis/St. Paul Chapter Board of Directors for five years, including President in 2017. He was instrumental in MSP winning the nationally recognized Chapter Cup two years running. The Chapter Cup recognizes the highest percentage increase in membership and had never been won two years in a row. George most recently served as Treasurer on the Board of CSI’s North Central Region from 2021-2023.  Previously working at Pella Corporation for 7 years as an Architectural Consultant working throughout the country, he moved to Colorado Springs in August of 2023 and assists Architects and Spec-writers with specs, technical details, and installation solutions around southern Colorado.
